When I went Aust for holiday, I did bring the product there. But the meal is 70% covered by the tour, so I eat and eat... paid already, dun waste. Came back, I gained 2 kg. Naymind. After one week, lost that 2 kg. And then hor... one week later was CNY. Gained weight again I so dio now.

If you are and you get to go USA, go to LA office to buy Shapeworks.
Now Sg only has Thermojetics. Shapeworks is a new generation of Thermo products, which is not yet in Sg. I heard that it's more effective. After 1 shake, you will feel the difference.
They even have the protein snacks which will curb your hunger. That time my friend took the Shapeworks peanuts or biscuits and didn't go hungry for some time.
This company very strange one. Different country has diff product range. Of course USA has the complete one lah. In HK, they don't have Total Control. But they have this product (dunno call what) that will zap the fats in your food intake, make it into a gel like form and purge out thru your stool. If you go HK, you may want to check out their office and see what they have that we don't have here. -

Anyway, it is not proven yet that GM foods are harmful to humans. Everything is just talk currently, but do keep in mind that the acreage for GM foods is increasing every year to keep up with food demands.
Also, you have to pay a premium to grow Non-GMO foods. More herbicide has to be used, segregation has to be in place, certified seed etc etc
Very soon Non-GMO food prices may be priced like organic stuff. Is the end consumer willing to pay the higher price for it? Right now, the premium you pay isn't that great so people argue about the effects, but when the difference becomes too great, that may be a different story. -

Yes, the so called side effects is actually referring to the cleansing process.
You must give your body time to adapt to the process and drinking at least 8 glasses of water or more or whenever you could will help in the process as it helps in removing the toxins from your body. Even if u are not on any products drinking water has to be a norm for all of us to cleanse our system. This is what I like about HBL. Other brands have great products too. But so far, this is the only one that gives cellular health to our body. This really struck me cuz in the past, when I used to have poor health (only 39 kg, waistline less than 21 inch). I went to see GP, sinseh. They prescribed me mulitvitamins or herbs. I took so much herbs and tonics, but it didn't seem to help. I believe my body was so weak that it couldn't absorb the good nutritions from those tonics. Incase u guys wondering HBL product works or not. well it works for me very well.
2003 dec - i weight at 100kgs in 10months i totally lose 25kgs, all the symptom i went through before - giddy, conspitation, infact i also have knee pain due to my gaut issues, initially thought due to the shake which is soy protein ( as gout ppl cant eat soy bean products ) but now totally gone.
So if it doesnt work, just very simple reason - cheating and dont forget we today overweight or underweight is not overnight problems , it was accumulated frm yrs. so if it takes a yr or 2 to reach a desire weight is worth it. I almost give up, but each time i see those testimonial , i tell myself if they can do it, so can i.
