I heard that Herbalife product has got side effect on most of the customers. What say you??

The "side effect" is due to the cleansing process in the body by the product. Most of us have toxins and some medications stored in our body, eg. panadol for headaches, sleeping pills, and slimming pills.
The product is all about Cellular Nutrition, not just multivitamins, proteins and minerals. Cellular Nutrition gives nutrition to each and every cells in the body so that the existing cells will be able to produce and multiply healthy new cells. In order to achieve that, the C.N will clean the body's cells. People who has past history of taking medication or even slimming products like Extrim or Xando, will experience extreme discomfort during the detoxification period, which will only last for a few days. After that, the product can fully work on the person's body.
The CN will also clean a person's villi's in the body, so that he/she could absorb good nutrition better.
In your small intestine, there are finger like protrusions called villi. Since we are at the Herbalife topic, any HBL distributor going to Alanta, USA next month for the HBL's 25th anniversary??? If going, will you be going to HQ in LA or not?
I want to dong pang buy some products that are not available here. All the ppl that I know who are going, will not be dropping by LA office.
I read from somewhere they have their own "viagra" called the Prelox Blue. Want to buy that and some other items.

Talking about the "side effect"....
If the product doesn't give any of such effect, there are three possibilies :
1) You are perfectly healthy all your life. You have not taken any medication in your whole life.
2) The chemical in your body has already been purged out.
3) The product is not detoxifying your body. No cleansing of chemicals and harmful stuff stored in your body. So the product might not be even working on you.
I learnt about the no. 3 ten years ago when my friend was taking pure Barley Grass drink to replace her meals (I'm not sure whether that's the correct way of taking the product actually). That time, barley grass wasn't so common in Singapore. We didn't see so many stores selling that. It was only available, when first launched, at some shops selling vegetarian food and supplement.
She said she wants to detox her body because she wants to switch to vegan. For a few days, she was experience diarrhea or something. She said this is a healthy sign as her body was going thru changes for the better. -

Interesting. But so far, I have not come across any gm products in Singapore. Not sure if it is allowed to come here in the first place as it may not even be safe to consume, since the crops can kill pests on their own. But all the nutrition products in the local that I enquire are not GM. -

Sucostop didn't work for me. I took Cambridge before... long ago. It did work very well for me back then. I went back to the size I wanted within two weeks. But now it doesn't work for me anymore... dunno why. Maybe my body system has changed from last time or what.
You taking HBL and Suco concurrently? I have come across ppl taking two HBL meals and 1 normal meal with Suco or Extrim. -

I cannot leh. If I "cheat" a bit, the progress will slow down.
Some say because I have too much medications in my body from last time.... sleeping pills, Extrim, Xando, Cafecot... anything you name it. But good lah. The celluar nutrition can flush out all these chemicals in my body. I dun want them to stay in there, cuz in time to come I will have baby and I dun want to pass the toxins to my kid. -

When I went Aust for holiday, I did bring the product there. But the meal is 70% covered by the tour, so I eat and eat... paid already, dun waste. Came back, I gained 2 kg. Naymind. After one week, lost that 2 kg. And then hor... one week later was CNY. Gained weight again I so dio now. -

Oh... water retention. I used to have that problem too. Very serious also, esp during PMS. My tummy would grow so big that I couldn't wear some of my pants. Do you take Celluloss? Celluloss helps that. Now, on normal day, I take one tablet, three times a day. But during PMS, I will double the dosage. And true enough, since the day 1 of taking Celluloss, my frequency of going to toilet has increased.
How long have you been taking HBL?
Did you take before and after photo?? I took. hehehe.

Anyway, we have been eating GM foods for god knows how many years. Anything with corn is virtually all GM. Corn oil, Canola, Soybean oil are like virtually all GM unless otherwise specified. Corn syrup is practically all GM as well for example.
For soybean products like tofu, soymilk etc, the majority in Singapore is still Non-GMO but I can't say the same coming in from Malaysia unless it is from some big factory. -

i din.. i tink the most n the best changes dat ever happened to me was my ankle.. cos i used to have elephants feet (big n bloat ankle)
den after i took HBL for 3 mths nia, the swell was gone.....
at least i can see my ankle joints n bone...
