i seen too many amway distributors working for 5-10 years but yet monthly income only few hundred to a thousand dollars. haiz.
amway indeed got good way to brainwash these naive people who havent seen the real business world.. -

You have to ask your frens how hard have they been doing the business, or what is their goals and directions etc.
It is very easy for one to slack or just to treat the business as a hobby etc...but for serious pple who treat it as their very own business.. it requires the right mindset and concept to be able to go out and to share the goodness of the business as well as the top-quality products etc..
The impt thing is not to be afraid of failure and to work hard towards success.

nope, it is not their fault, neither is it the company's fault.
Different pple have different goals as well as different mindsets on the business.
From what I have seen in the amway business, true successful pple put in a lot of hard work and effort not in just sharing the opportunity with others, but also the products and also spend lots of time to train and to build a future leader in order to help him/her succeed. It is not easy, but it can be done if one has the heart to do so.
Having goals and direction are impt in the business and a lot lack vision in the business, that is why no matter how hard they seem to try, they dun seem to gain anything. They dun see their business grow and they start to blame the company and everybody, except themselves. But truly, if one actually focuses on the goal, one can do it.
I have pple who do succeed and they are normal pple like all of us...why can they succeed? This is becoz they nv gave up like most of us do...they nv stopped to compare here and there and nv for once doubt themselves or the business and did not slow it down. It may take some time, but ultimately, it is one of the most stable business in the market if you truly put ur effort and do it well.
