I also believe that only your group practices the "BUYING SALES" technique, but please do not confuse your team's ethics to others. Other groups do NOT believe in this technique. Different leaders of course have different ways to so call "motivate" his staff to achieve his own personal goals. So that goes to show what type of techniques your leader used on you. *laughs*
You speak like an "old bird", *laughs* Mr Bruce and Mr Keith are definitely still in Asayo, they are the people who command my greatest respect because of their intergrity and work ethics. If you really know them well, I think you will not be askng this question anyway. *smiles*

I am happy to say that Asayo does not have any monkeys or donkeys at all. I have seen their sarcastic remarks towards you and I am glad i wasn't at the receiving end because there would be no end of their nonsense. *grinz*
I wish I can change the title of the subject, because for a fact I do know that Asayo is not full of conmen. My Boss is an upright man but many people do take advantage of his kindness which resulted in such a scenerio today. Is there any way i can do that?

He's also very superstitious. If he is an upright man, I don't see why so many of his right-hand men in the past left him and I not talking abt Keith.......there are others......
The boss gets richer as he earns from the hard work from his employees/slaves.......and the staff just earns so little from the expensive products that does not sell by themselves.
Your boss is a scheming person......but the normal employee cannot tell.....only those who have worked close to him as past management knows.....
For those top management who stayed on.....I could only say.....they have fallen too deep to unroot themselves from the boss......just like the way the new people cannot think clearly and is always thinking that those who care for them do not want them to succeed...which in actual fact its not true.....those who care wants to help them from falling deeper.......
Well I am not discouraging anyone from joining or leaving......you can join if you want, you can stay in there if you want, you can think of getting rich if you want......but at the end of the day....just dun looked back and say no one reminded and tried to help you......
take a step back and look at other sales people doing other sales......look at their remuneration.....look at their environment.....talk to some friends/ relatives in business....ask them how the company is run....the pay/commission structure...be objective, dun get personal.....hear them out and see for yourself what a mess you are getting into....not to mention hot soup!!!

Asayo only gave reasons and more reasons to delay the goods when being asked about the goods.
My uncle demanded for a refund after a month of waiting for the goods as he felt something is fishy.
He only managed to get back one pillow's refund around late September last year from this Jack Soh.
This Jack Soh has apparently left the company and the new guy who took over, Richard Chong, issued the next cheque (refund for the second pillow) to my uncle late November last year. Again after numerous calls made to the company.
But it bounced when my uncle went to bank in the cheque!!
And Asayo didn't even bothered to call my uncle to explain the matter!!
I think Asayo owe its customers a hell lot of apologies!! And REFUNDS!!!
