I think there is nothing really wrong wif doing mlm. It's the ppl who are doing. Jus becos someone doesnt likes it means it is a scam. I think it's been mentioned many times b4 that it's the conduct of the mlmers, nothing to do wif mlm. A few black sheep means the whole industry is involved? I dun think this is fair to the industry n to ppl who are doin the biz the right way. Jus becos a few insurance agents are out there to scam ur money means the whole insurance industry in the world is bad? I dun think so. The same applies to mlm.

1) Advertising Company. MLMs don't advertise.
2) Retails shops/Shopping Malls. MLMs don't sell thru them
3) Competitiors brands
Many years back, some pharmceutical companies were green eyed over Herbalife and circulated rumours about the products. A guy who was doing well, with a hundred downline, lost all his d/l overnight.
Whenever something is doing big, or has tat potential, there bound to be rumours.
You see.... what's so wrong about rewarding the customers for introducing new customers??? Many companies do that. It's just that they don't officially call it MLM. Even financial institutions. -

I guess there's no point in trying to explain to anti-mlmers. They will find all sorts of excuses to avoid mlm even though the truth is for all to see- Why MLM is better than tradtional marketing in terms of a business perspective as well ffrm the consumer's point of view. Dun get me wrong, traditonal marketing is still important. Jus that MLM will be co-existing wif it. And there's no point in hyping it up as the next trillion dollar industry. There is no verifiable claim in it. But one thing is for sure, it has changed many people's financial lives, either for worse or better.
