My fren who once worked there explained the rationale for heavily investing in posh offices in districts like Shenton Way is the gullibilty factor
People, and since most nti agents are teenagers, will readily believe such address and furnishings means that the company is legal in its operations
True enuff, when one of the agents told exactly the reason why he believe nti is legal is becos of its 'nice setup' in such a prime location, i was stifling my laughter all the way. -
