Solid proof have already been with victims who could not get refunds, and people who were threatened with defamation suits that are unlawful
You see, the good thing about nti lies with its fundamentals. As long as they could not get their fundamentals right, and victims felt they are cheated, your own customer bases are threatened
By word of mouth you wish to spread your 'good news', by word of mouth victims warn their frens
Compared to the points above, laurence82 isnt a threat.
Your own threat to your money income, lies within your ownselves.
I wish you all good luck, and seeing all these blossoming number of topics by ex agents and victims, are good enuff for me even to take a break, drink a cup of coffee, and laugh at miniscule effort by nti agents to salvage whatever reputation they may have left.

As for the recruitment, its up to the prospect to make his decision... if he thinks that the whole biz is workable, he can join us as an agent who represent NTI to sell the products... We r doing just like other companies, such as Amway, Uni-city, Coslab and etc...
As for the $3000 Category, its like other companies like Nuskin, Bel-Air and etc, those who want to invest more into the biz, OR, those who want a good startup, u can do so... as for the companies mention above, their investment can up to 15K-20K... so anything wrong with just $3000 investment compare to them?

goodness, anyone remember double crossed agent? Do you know how many times i heard nti agents, but not the company, bengs and lians, threatened defamation suits everytime someone spoke bad things about them?
The point is not whether these people are right or wrong, but nti agents are like childish pricks in self denials. They dont want to hear any single bad stuff spoken about them, and shoot off litigations threats from their mouth.
I will contact a lawyer again, to find out if random threats of litigation suits constitute an unlawful action.
u dont even hear any, seriously, any other MLM companies agents doing this. -

I mean, if seriously people who come in can see that nti is a ok, sgforums dont really constitute a threat isnt it?

It stated distributors must have allowance to change their mind if they wish to, which doesnt explain how come nti has created so many victims desperately seeking refunds. -

yah i know ntiparis do give refunds, but when i tried to they said i dun have a valid reason, said i signed everything(the mopi, etc.)
so wat reasons can be considered valid?
i was also told it's possible, but chances are very very small like less than 1%, and if i really insist on a refund, then i'll have to fill up some forms, and wait for god knows how long... -

Go check with a lawyer who deals with contracts and have a knowledge of the mlm act
Put forward the reason given by nti to this lawyer, and check if its legal
to be fair, what ms heat or i gonna say will be nought if the law says otherwise

Well, if we can sue you over the authortise, we don't mind! But the problem lies with your top man, JP have a freaking malfunction brain to think up of such evil plots, they used loop holes in the law to prevent themselves in the law from being sued!
