My experience with DW

I have been in DW for quite some time. Recently i decided to quit, but before that i want to let ppl know that this company is a cheat. I was duped into joining this company by my friend. He told me many things, that he was earning alot of money..this that....all turned out to be bullshit. I joined, and asked my dad to buy the products, costing my family a few thousand dollars. I thought that i can actually earn the money back, but the fact is that even the directors of this company earn very little. mostly they earn 1 or 2 thousand dollars, but they brag and lie that they earn 10,000 dollars. They all drive mercedes cars and wear good clothes, but they dont have a single buck in their bank. I heard that many of them owe alot of money, to banks and their friends. I sincerely felt that it was a good company when i joined, so i recruited quite a few of my friends. At that time i didnt feel that there was anything wrong. But even after a few months there was no progress. I still was earning very little money, just 100 - 400 a month. Still i kept on trying but when i realised that even the directors earn so little money i decided to quit. I feel i did not make a mistake in buying the product because my parents notice the difference. But this company tries to make use of young teenagers to feed their own greed. There are many ppl who quit their school and their jobs to be part of this company. The management at DW condemn education and keep asking students to quit their schools to join this company. It is for this reason i really feel that we should warn as many ppl as possible to think before joining this company.

Alot of companies have been doing it.
The problem is since MLM has been introduced, there hasn't really been any legislation or department to regulate it yet, so it can get pretty messy.
That's why i have decided not to join them as yet, either that or join an established one, even though i'll be right at the bottom.
Its better to be safe than sorry. -
its all greed, one of the 7 sins....when greed clouds your judgement, u will make a choice that seems 100% wise to u....but in all those clear-minded people, its 100% foolish. if MLM can make people rich, why do so many people need to work ?
u reap wat u sow....nature works this way since Day 1, wat makes u think u can outsmart nature and go against it ? all who goes against nature doesn't come to a good end....wise up buddy. -

it preys on guilible pple... gets them to feel so hopeful... only to end up regretting and guilty that they had asked their friends into such an unfeasible system.
pple, especially those students in need of a job, beware of such scammers... there's no such good thing in the world. for all its advantages, it has more than its fair share of woes. the harm it brings far outweighs the benefits. the pple there are so entrenched in the mlm mindset that they seriously have no idea what they are doing. choose to exercise some wisdom and don't believe whatever those blind guides say. -

well, i can agree that DW is doing the wrong way but i cant agreed to your comments on network marketing. hmmm.. i wondering if network marketing is really no good..how come MICROSOFT is using this marketing strategy also? hmmm.... should i listen to BILL GATES or DEVOID05??? hmmm.... -
For your info, some coys like Starhub and even KFC do have referrals programs. Some of the coys offer cash as rewards, some offer other things.
Once in a while, u will see a dookie posting in the Marketplace forum selling Starhub plans. Its the referral program too. -
is not that MLM is not good....if u really know how direct sales and MLM come from...the u will know that this thing is just another way to start ur own business with small capital ....

just came out from Army recently , so me n a friend of mine , decide to open newspaper one day to find job ... saw dis adv , can earn lots of money , so me n my friend decide to call ,
me - hello i am calling about your job adv .
Dw- Can i have your name n can u come down for a interview today .
me- ok , by the way , wat is de job scope about .
Dw-oh its a japanese company n can only explain to you when u come interview today.
me-ok , after giving my friend n my hp no.
Dw-ok see you later ok ,after giving add n how to get there .
my friend n i was suppose to be there at 3pm , so b4 that we when for another interview , on the way to apex tower , they call again asking whether we coming or not , we say on the way , my friend n me got happy n say , eh i think they need ppl so got chance to get the job , all this while me n my friend were making wild guess of wat de job is about .
upon reaching when into de office , told de idiot dat we were here for interview , gave us application form , while writing i asked de guy eh wat is this job about , he told us later de manger would explain to us , both of us still has no farking ideal wat is de job about ,
while writing de application form , three young clowns enter de office guess they around 16 or 17 yrs old , all wearing smart wear n tie , straight away my friend told me damn its comfirm a damn salesman job , one of de young punk was wearing a black pants light blue long sleeve smart shirt n a farking yellow tie , n hair like slyvester like dat , i kept on looking at him , n gigling inside , cos dis guys with his clash of colours looks like a farking clown , after writing de application , de manager comes in 'manager looks around 23 or 24 , brings us around de whole freaking building explaining wat dis group means la , n all de other farking craps la , showing us wat de owner last time ride bike la , now owns a ferrari n showing us a board saying dis ppls have qualify to get a subaru , after was ushered into a office n a so call small fart asshole introducing himself as a director , but farking looks onnly 25 yrs old start talking about all de farking crap la , n trying to brain wash me n my friend about good stuff about this company la , all young ppl la , dont need education can earn alot of money la , this la dat la , after trying to brain wash us for 1 hr ... tell us come down tomorrow for 2nd interview tomoroow , me n my friend were so damn piss off , dat from de beginning they just dont wan farking tell us de job scope , cos i hate working as sales man , n if i knew dis earlier part when writing down de application or when being brought around de building i would have left ... even while he was bringing us around de building asked him again about de job he keep telling me , de director would explain to me ........ haix farking assholes -
the next day suppose go down for interview , den we nv go down , they farking keep on calling my friend n me , dont know how many freaking time , for the next few days , den got one time i accidentally ans de fone , den i heard a girl voice , n say hello this is from dW group , i immediatly kept quite , den heard her farking me in chinese , den put de fone down , i got so pissed off call de no . back , n farked her upside down , told her dont make me go down n farking beat u up , then she told me why nv go interview n why nv ans de fone , i told her why should i ans your fone , when u dont even tell wat de job scope is about b4 asking ppl to come down for de interview , i told her i from paris ris when down all de way there for no freaking reason , wasting my time , then she still got the chick to ask me , whether i still want to come down for the 2nd interview , i told her ok can , but im coming down to beat you , your manager n director up , she immediatly kept quite n say sorry n put down de phone .

but thinking of it back i was quite stupid , i didnt even know wat de job was about , i still when down , cos i was very desperate to get a job , cos i when for alot of interviews n got rejected by alot , n even make me piss off more had one more interview at 3.45 pm around dat area , so me n my friend tot of after de interview can go for second interview , but at last got out from de farking apex tower almost 5pm liao

anyway ... none of my outside friends works for Dw nor have i ever heard anything about Dw group ,,, this is also my first time in dis Mlm forum , After reading all de negative stuffs about Dw im so lucky i nv join dis company .

hmm... i didn't know he's using mlm to market... even if he's using mlm... it's a different form of mlm. franchaise is also considered mlm.
anyway i've read 5 microsoft books on its business strategy and none of them ever mentions he's doing mlm.
and look at forbes top 20 list... not even a single one is in mlm business... how it is possible that it is the next emerging trend?? when IT became in paradigm, bill gates was the richest man in the world.
shld i listen to those top 20 richest pple or shld i listen to I Love BMW? i really wonder...
anyway, glad that you finally decided to stop flaming and even gave some constructive arguments

i can say stealing is good... it gives you a residual income. budden that's just my side of the story. -
I don't think most of the people in MLM realise that they don't have any business knowledge at all. And I don't mean sales knowledge.
Simple things like branding can play a big role.
