I hate PMS too...... every time.... tummy dam ache and cannot do anything right at al... worst .. I tend to any how scold or beat people... especially my friends ... !!!

most elders will not recommend unmarried woman to use tampons. this is whatt I heard from my mum. But like what u said, it's is really convenient when comparing using pads~ -
