  Heard from my close fren that the government (whoever or whatever) have ways and links to catch ppl from downloading free mp3s (which is illegal).
  
  Thru your pc,whatever mp3 that are found, are going to be charged $5/- per piece! Wah....
  
  But eventually,where will all the fines go to??
