my uncle is something like that.. he's just cranky until his morning cup...

looks like it could be lack of sleep... you're still awake at quarter past 3 still have to wake in the morning...
i'm doing shift work so my sleep habits have gone to heck... which suits me actually

Trying to cut down on caffine intake to relieve my insomnia. Now take only decaf (Nescafe Gold), not bad, tastes like real coffee, and in some ways even better.
3in1 fav = indocafe. cheap mah.
fav cafe = coffee bean. not very fantastic coffee, but others can't make mark. Pacific is not bad also. -

On average,I drank 6 mugs of 3-in-1 kopi per day.So far,the kopi I liked is Gold Roast. YeYe also not bad... -
