Marketing Of Product Without Track Record

Hi, can anyone teach me how to buy untested product which may be good and cheap.
I went thru a few tender exercises, that stated required track records..Hence, had faced quite a lot of difficulties in getting these products into singapore when all the paper qualification had approved.
The price is definitely lowered then the existing "Ang Mo made in China" one but without track record, my door is shutted.
I cannot forge record because it's is an offence. However, does that meant new brand cannot come into market properly?? -
My brother just cracked a joke with me...cause I still single so don't know..No offence to all female..ok.
He told me never have experience making love mean cannot get married. Cause no track record mah..I nearly fall off my chair.
