  Well Setsuna and Marina do related in a way, but in a bad way
  
  Remember when Setsuna was still a kid and was on war on early episode 1? He actually fighting against Marina's country. In the end Setsuna's lost and his country got wiped out. So basically Setsuna has a grudge against Marina , but he said that killing Marina won't change anything.
