3) Side kick position. Lie on your side(left/right each time), raised 1 leg up and down in slow motions. 3 sets, each set 50 times.
4) Lie on your back again, both feet firmly placed on the ground, raise your bum up slowly, then down, then up. 3 sets, each set 20 times.
5) Push up position gals style, do 3 sets, 25 times.
