There is this guy who keeps asking me out and I have rejected him a few times. I thought it might be obvious enough that I am not keen to go out with him alone. What other ways can I drop hints that I don't want to go out with him?

The other way is to get a close girlfriend of yours and act lesby with her in front of him.
Caveat here is, it might not work if he is into these sort of things.

Agree to go out with him.
Then act all demanding, protective and possesive.
Ask him to report to you what he does every 1 hour.
Send him an sms every one hour and ask him where he is, what he is doing, who he is out with.
That includes smses at 3am to ask him to go pee.
