it's only polite to be looking at the person u are toking to and when tt person is toking to u
shows u are paying attention and interested.......
but if u are shy or dun want it to be too intimidating, u can oso look at other parts of the face.....
me personally like to look at guy's lips.............
but i can look deeply into tt person's eyes if he has relli nice eyes..........

Staring is anything when your eyes open with 80% of your eye balls seen, or I am able to see your eye-white top and bottom of your iris.
Eye contact is 70% or less. -
Eye contact can definitely do wonders.
Trying to start dance with a girl with eye contact definitely make it more possible, and yes, even with asking, "Hey, can I dance with you." (Provided you dance properly and steadily).
