What would a Chinese girl be thinking if a Malay guy is courting her?
I've known this Chinese girl for around 5 years now and only recently... like 2 weeks ago... we've been contacting each other on a regular basis. Kinda like everyday.
I'm just curious to know what is on her mind? Would she definitely reject my advances or do I still have a chance? She's definitely different from all the Malay gals that I have dated or had flings with before and I am definitely serious about her so its killing me not knowing what to expect. This is the only gal I've had difficulty anticipating probably because of the cultural difference.

As long as we're not bounded by marriage, she can do whatever what she wants and please. She can eat pork, play with dogs, drink alcohol, whatever. Putting on perfume?? Where the heck did you get the idea Muslims cant wear perfumes??
Anyway I'm not much of a pious Muslim. I miss most of my prayers, I don't eat pork but more for hygiene purposes, I like dogs but its just sad I cant touch them and I have close Muslim friends who drink alcohol occasionally.

Damn paiseh to say age la but I'm 25 she's 23.
Of course, I'm looking towards long-term but at this moment, I'm just concerned about whether this friendship is going to move up another level. -

See, she previously had Malay bf before but I don't know if she would still be receptive to the idea now. Body language and signs shows good response. It's just... I'm just afraid she only thinks of me as a good friend as we have been the past 5 yrs. Sigh... Tis the first time I'm having these kinda problems. Haha. But its interesting
