Those at 40 to 55 are loaded in CPF, ave 300-700k.
They can easily pay in full, the market is going after these group of ppl, we are not. Just save up and wait till ur time. -
Depends on what one wants. Personally, I find living in a condo a pure waste of money. -

my colleague bought a condo unit without viewing it first. then they found the room too small for 2 separate beds. in the end, they didnt move in and they rent the condo out for $$$.
