Guest Relations Officers
Conduct animal feeding commentaries, animal show presentations, customer service, guided tours, educational talks, fun activities and many more...
Qualifications:
Minimum GCE 'O' level
Fluent spoken English (and preferably Mandarin)
Confident in public speaking
Experience in customer service
Keen interest and knowledge in marine animals
Must be able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays, overtime and stay overnight (Living in Ocean programme)
Working hours : Morning Shift: 8.30 am - 5.30 pm
Afternoon Shift: 12.00 pm - 9.00 pm
Payment: Weekdays: S$5 per hour
Weekends/PH: S$6 per hour
