hm.....u say his voice sound familiar. If you watch Wan Quan Yu Le on Channel U, he is one of the host. So maybe that's why you find his voice familiar

I discover a growing trend among young people nowadays.
Many despise Chinese pop.
Those who do, often find J-pop or western music nicer.
Why?
I would really love to hear from everyone... Objective OPINIONs and not insults.

Hmm. Pop as in, those singers who just provide their voices and a measly few songs they've written themselves? If it is so, I do agree with you. Singers are popping out like nobody's business and the value of a Chinese pop singer has really really depreciated. The only thing about them is... they can sing. Perhaps, sing well. But they don't make up a minority portion of the human race.
But why why why am I seeing more insults of Chinese pop, rather than western pop... or J-pop? Western pop and J-pop do have artistes too, that simply pop (sorry for the wordplay heh) out and some can barely sing well. We also have boybands in western pop and J-pop whose singing skills are just.. ordinary, and they owe much of their fame to publicity campaigns and their looks. -
