Definitely Faye Wong for me. She has the widest recognition among the Chinese population around the world. (Well, Teresa Teng should be the one, but since I have to choose from the 5...)
Her popularity may have dropped quite alot recently, but she is still the undisputed one. -
Like to point out some error there...it's Sammi Cheng not Sammy Chang...
And i dun tink Sun Yan Zi should be in...hmmmz...she is still too new...probably Sandy Lam...maybe!!! 16 years of experience... -

Penny Dy is Malaysian artist but she has futher her career over Taiwan bacause of her talent- composing song.
Hoever I am not very much prefer her song ( so sorry ) cause not much of her songs attracted me. On top of that , her voice still need to got improvement . -

i lurve Yanzi's songs, admire her talent n am fiercely loyal n supportive of her cos she's a fellow singaporean n my xue jie,
but i think its not time yet to name her a Tian Hou.
i sure think she is of tian hou material, but she is way too new in the entertainment biz to really truly deserve the title..
as compared to others, she still has a lot of experience to gain.
i think the fact that after so many years singers like sammi, ah mei they all can still strive to keep their popularity n performance at a competitve edge means a lot.
plus some of them have been through dry periods where newbies crowd the showbiz mkt n they were temporary out of fad. but they have managed to once n again prove their worth...
the 2 years tt yanzi has been out has been relativity smooth for her i think. her shot to fame had given her a lot of attention by the masses, and she managed to retain the attention, but we really have to see wat happens dun we?
perhaps we can just call her

I read the news that Faye Wong is in talks to join Emperor Entertainment Group...geez...it's not an international company even...
If she joins...i think her career would landslide faster. -
Faye Wong's songs are a bit extraordinary.
I heard that her manager purposely compose that kind of songs to suit her voice.
Sammy's songs are sendimental like"zhi de"
" Chee Chee de Deng " " Tiao San " .......
She also got also get korean and Japanese's version song like pink .......... Her voices a bit down but cause her experience in "Yue Tan" She become sister like Faye Wong.
Ah Mei's sound a bit harsh but she still can sing high tone songs like Lan Tian,Her voice reallt touching in "Jie Tou" , " Ting Hai " ..... and can be as high in " You make me feel, " " Bad Boy " ' "Zhan Zai Gao Gang Shang ".......... Perfect !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
