just that easy win or difficult win
Actually, we all know who will win this election.
I believe the people living in Bukit Batok SMC knows what is best for them.
It is up to them to decide whether to upgrade or downgrade.
Bukit Batok SMC will be red.

What do you think?
Why Bukit Batok will be red
26.4 + 15 (SDP swing from PAP) + 10 (reversal effect of SG50) = 51.4
but if we are to add in those that benefit Chee
perhaps can hit 60%
Hougang By-election 2012
WP 62.1% (-2.7%)
Okay. Let me comment on the topic of vote swing.
The largest vote swing at Bukit Batok SMC was 22.4%, when SDP contested with PAP in General Election 1988.
In the General Election 2015, PAP won Bukit Batok SMC with 72.99% of the votes.
Even if the magnitude of this By-Election is similar to the magnitude of the General Election in 1988, the vote swing would probably be around 22.4%; PAP will still win Bukit Batok SMC, with around 50.59% of the votes.
don't forget
JBJ achieved a feat of reducing PAP vote by 37%
then whats a merely 25% reduction?
From the looks of it, the results may be border-line.
Please exercise caution, if you are voting in this By-Election.
Touch your heart and ask yourself who you really want to vote.
Yes, Mr David Ong had an alleged extramarital affair with a party grassroots activist. :(
But, at least he showed care, concern and compassion to the people at Bukit Batok SMC. :)
At least Mr David Ong resigned and wrote a letter of apology to the people at Bukit Batok SMC.
this is the second person doing so.
f with someone else and get away with it? no way. no f-ing way!
Oh murali defeating CSM? So there is leak somewhere! btw it is a GRC not SMC.
Why does murali need LHL, disgraceFu and all the various ministers to support him? Cannot one-on-one with CSJ? States Times, ZB all slam CSJ and SDP. this murali really CMI is it?
Mr Murali Pillai never contested at Bukit Batok SMC before.
In General Election 2015, Mr Murali Pillai contested at Aljunied GRC.
Actually, who is Mr Murali Pillai's first choice - Aljunied or Bukit Batok?
Nonetheless, Mr Murali Pillai was the secretary of PAP Bukit Batok branch from 2007 to 2011.
murali doing part-time at Aljunied GRC (Bedok) and Bukit Batok. so very busy. morning he run to his office then Bedok then Bukit Batok. so if they want such a MP, better hope murali is in the right location and that the train doesn't breakdown.
well now it looks like bed is not ok and we have a botak hill.
Mr Chee Soon Juan never contested at Bukit Batok SMC before.
In General Election 2015, Mr Chee Soon Juan contested at Holland Bukit-Timah GRC.
Actually, who is Mr Chee Soon Juan's first choice - Bukit Timah or Bukit Batok?
Nonetheless, Mr Chee Soon Juan contested at Jurong GRC in General Election 2001, when Bukit Batok was part of Jurong GRC.
Which is better,
strike lightning or shoot arrow?
